Redrum this Saturday

New Works by Terri Mitchell
Saturday, October 20th, 6-10pm

This Saturday night, our good friend Terry Mitchell is having a solo exhibition at Bottlecraft. By the looks of the teaser pics we’ve seen, it’s going to be another epic (and hilariously spooky) exhibition. Buy some art, buy some beer. Hope to see you there! And… that rhymed.

RSVP on Facebook here.

Audrey Kawasaki

It’s nice to see the evolution of Audrey Kawasaki’s work. Check out her latest show, Midnight Reverie, at Jonathan Levine Gallery.

Malika Favre

Simple, beautiful, and inspiring work from French-born artist, Malika Favre.

Robin Eley

Firsts things first. This is not a photograph, it is a painting by Robin Eley. Wow! I’m always amazed when artists can pull off something so hyper-realistic with some paint and a brush. This guy has some serious skills!

Greg Gossel has just released a new version of his iconic Zissou piece from the 2010 Bad Dads show. This new edition of 30 is hand collaged and hand painted, then embellished with spraypaint and finally finished with a 4-color screenprint of Bill Murray’s mug. The kicker is, it’s a 17 x 20 piece on heavyweight stock and it’s only $250. Amazing. You can get one here, but you better act fast!

Tough Enough

Amanda Visell’s new exhibition, Tough Enough, opens today at Rotofugi in Chicago. It’s a really great show, and you can preview the work here. If you’re in the Chicago are, the exhibition runs through September 2nd.
