As anticipated, our Strange Days show had an amazing turnout for opening night, and Ken Garduno, Tom Haubrick, and Eric Davison put forward some beautiful pieces for this exhibition. If you weren’t able to see the show, and you are interested in some of the pieces that are left, don’t hesitate to email us anytime before February 21st when the show ends. The work of Ken Garduno, Tom Haubrick, and Eric Davison is filled with intrigue, mystery, humor, and other oddities that make it distinctively “strange”. Each one of these artists have their own way of embedding a strong narrative within their artwork, whether through the characters they create or the situations you find them in. Whether you see their work in a sketch, a painting, an ink drawing, a screenprint or a tattoo, their work stands out as strangely endearing. Subtext is happy to kick off our new gallery season with this talented trio of Los Angeles-based artists.
